Sara wears many hats in her career – entrepreneur, business founder, strategist, educator, director and leader. She’s often a sparring partner of key decision-makers in business and government institutions.
She is the founder and director of Future Food: a for-purpose organization effecting evolving positive change in life on earth, promoting food innovation as a strategic element to achieve sustainable and impactful growth. Sara is also a director of the “Food Innovation – Master’s – Program” in addition to being a member of G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, Sustainable Food System Task Forces, B20 Argentina & SME Dev. B20 China and Germany, Google Food Lab, Board member of CAAB (Agri-Food Center of Bologna).
In addition to other certificates, Sara holds a BA in International Business and BAC degree.
