He has two decades of experience in health care, having joined Varian as the senior managing director for South-East Asia and Korea in 2017 after holding commercial leadership roles at Medtronic, Covidien, Boston Scientific and Novartis. His experience spans implantables, disposable medical devices, capital equipment and managed services, as well as various markets and regions in the Asia-Pacific. Having held roles in sales, marketing, strategy and P&L management, he has driven strategic shifts and organisational transformations through growth acceleration, business-model innovation and building strong leadership teams. He is passionate about “fair-process leadership” and diversity and inclusion.
