Expert Profile

Prof. Zhu is a Deputy Dean and Professor of Finance at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, a faculty fellow at the Yale University International Center for Finance. He was the Oceanwide Professor of finance and deputy director at the National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University and a tenured professor of finance at University of California.  He is the author of the best sellers “China’s Guaranteed Bubble” and “The Investor’s Enemy”, both translated into multiple foreign languages and won some most prestigious research prizes in China. Professor Zhu receives his B. Econ. Degree from Beijing University, Master of Science degree from Cornell University (NY), and Ph.D. degree (finance) from Yale University (CT).
