Khatuna is the Global Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Zebra Insights. Two years ago, she was the first to join our global team at the Tbilisi office. Since then, she has been leading strategic HR projects at our company, including selection, enrolment, training, change management, and promoting a healthy and collaborative environment for better results. With a deep understanding of human nature, she helps our employees reach their full potential. 

During her 13 years in the HR and Administration field, she has held executive positions in the private and public sectors both locally in Georgia and internationally within global matrixed organizations. Her experience includes progressively responsible HR leadership roles, creating and implementing a compelling Global Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned to global business needs, designing and delivering innovative early careers programs within a highly complex and international environment.

Khatuna speaks English, Georgian, Russian and French. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and Sociology and Master’s Degree in Psychology and numerous certifications in Human Resources Management.
