Andy Mok is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for China and Globalization where he focuses on technology and its impact on great power relations. His current research interests include how advances in technology affect national sovereignty such as challenges posed by cyber security threats, concentration of corporate power, norms around freedom of expression and other issues related to developing policies for effective digital governance at the national and supra-national levels.
