Speaker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Positive Luxury, the company behind the Butterfly Mark, a unique interactive trust mark awarded to luxury lifestyle brands in recognition of their commitment to having a positive impact on people and our planet.

This began with founding the first international sustainability communications consultancy, Clownfish in 2002 which she built to international success and operated in five markets, including Asia and the USA, at the time of exiting the business in 2008.

She holds a degree in Global Leadership & Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. She is a globally recognised figure in the sustainability field, trained by Al Gore at the Alliance for Climate Protection, she is now an advisor to the British Fashion Council, the House of St. Barnabas and the European Chapter of Conservation International. She has been honoured by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2011.
