Susanna is Climate Reality leader at the Climate Reality Project, a non-profit organization founded and chaired by Nobel Laureate and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore. She was formerly Director Asia at Yara International, the crop nutrition company for the future. She was responsible for growth and commercialisation of the company’s digital farming solutions aimed for the 350 million smallholders in Asia, and the sustainability lead. Her previous career spans global leadership roles at Siemens, Nokia and leading start-ups, including the world’s 1st free mobile operator Blyk, the world’s largest migraine patient community and the healthy nutrition recommendation engine Joice.

She delivers talks in English, German and Finnish, her mother tongue. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Innsbruck, Austria and SKEMA France.
