Expert Profile
Rashmi is a Global Director of Learning and Leadership (BIG) at the Coca- Cola Company. She drives future-focused capability across all employees, leadership levels across the globe.
Prior to this she was a Global HR: Expertise in Learning, Leadership, Wellbeing at Unilever. She was responsible for driving Learning and Wellbeing for South East Asia and ANZ for Unilever. As the well-being leader, she spearheaded initiatives to support employees through COVID-19 crisis, creating a community of mental health champions.
Past employees include IBM, Aditya Birla Group and Aon Hewitt where she consulted on core learning, talent & leadership development. These past experiences have helped her be ‘antifragile’ – which she believes is a key skill for a rapidly evolving future.
She co-authored the first case study for Aon Hewitt on HR Transformation.
